DISC AERATION DEVICE

The aeration disc , which is disc-type , is made of chassis, joist and gas distributor adoping ABS engineering plastics, EPDM or silicone material. It consists of aerator, regulator, connector, aeration pipe,tee, cross pipe, elbow and other pipes.

Membrane disc microporous aeration device is a new aeration facility, which can satisfy all aeration tanks, biological contact oxidation tanks, biological stabilization pool and other places.

The aeration device is installed following the air supply , pool shape and aeration disk density.Both of the aeration and air pipe are connected by G3/4 thread, with internal which the base is fixed on the air pipe, and the external one is for the aeration. When installing, the size of the adjustment bracket is fixed to the pool bottom, the aeration air pipe will be fixed to the adjustment bracket with a special hoop.

The main advantages are : small bubble diameter, uniform bubble diffusion and strong corrosion resistance.

Features: self-coupling of the aerator shell and the micro hole rubber film; closely combining of the shell and the diaphragm; no leakage, no shedding, no cover; easily replacing the diaphragm film instead of replacing the entire aerator; greatly reducing the replacing difficulties and maintenance cost.
